Travel designed around you
from the first conversation to the last morning.
I believe a trip should be about you: how you want to feel, what you’re curious about, and the kind of person you hope to be when you come home. My work is turning that into a journey with real texture, one that is thoughtfully planned, rooted in place, and restorative.
The Process
01. Begin the conversation
Share your details through the inquiry form. Rough dates and a destination, or just a feeling (“somewhere remote, somewhere quiet”), are plenty to start.
02. Consultation
We talk through why you’re traveling, who’s coming, what has moved you on past trips, and how you want the days to feel. It’s a conversation, not a sales pitch, and it’s also how we decide together whether we’re the right fit. [Complimentary, 30 minutes.]
03. Design
Once we’ve aligned and the planning agreement is in place, I get to work. Your proposal arrives with each stay, guide, and experience chosen for a reason, and with local partners who care for the places they call home. [Delivered within X business days.]
04. Refinement
We shape it together until every detail feels right. [One / two rounds of revisions included.]
05. Preparation and travel
Bookings are confirmed, your documents and day-by-day guide are delivered, and I’m a call or message away before and during your trip. If something shifts on the road, you have an advocate, not a hold queue
You don’t need a destination
Most journeys begin with something simpler: a milestone, a longing for quiet, a trip that feels too big to plan alone. Clarity comes from the conversation. All you need is openness to guidance.
What I do ask for
A realistic investment range, so I design within it instead of presenting options that miss
Your approximate dates
A sense of how you want the trip to feel
Past trips you loved, or didn’t
Openness to recommendations you might not have found on your own
You don’t need a finished itinerary, exact pricing, or a folder of screenshots.
Why planning fees are part of the process
Designing a custom journey takes research, relationships, and time. A planning fee lets me give your trip focused attention and protects the quality of the work. [Fee structure: starting at $X, applied toward... / per trip / per traveler.]
